We’re into the thick of conference season as the summer kicks in in the northern hemisphere. The culminates in the O.G. for many in Bansko in a couple of months, and everyone we speak to at least knows someone who will be there.
You don’t need to go to a nomad fest to stay connected, but they are fun! Are you heading to one this year? The next few are listed below, but maybe we’ll make a full list next week.
In this issue:

NEWS
Outsite expands into Africa and Asia

For you dedicated digital nomads, a membership with a go-to supplier of nomad-friendly places to stay might well save enough time to justify it. And one such provider is growing.
Outsite are expanding and moving into new continents as the nomad-friendly hospitality scene - depending on how you see it - seems to be moving in the wrong direction. With Remote Year dramatically shutting down in December, and Selina needing a rebrand, Outsite are choosing to invest and grow.
Do you go it alone or use services like Outsite?

BUSINESS GROWTH
Are you an entrepreneur, or planning to be?

Kate Capelli is a Business Mentor for aspiring solo entrepreneurs, and those who already have a business but aren’t seeing consistent revenue or growth. Currently, she’s testing out Phuket as a base as a nomad, but who knows where is next!
A little history - Kate was the founder of one of the UK’s fastest-growing women’s adventure companies, which led her onto investor programmes. Kate was also a Business Support Manager for London & Partners, where she worked with over 300 small business owners.
“I work best with people who thrive with step-by-step guidance and accountability. I keep things fun, simple, and actionable.
My specialism is in current marketing trends and mindset growth, and I created a community for solo entrepreneurs, called Why Founders.”
Kate gave us 3 ‘must-do’ tips that you can easily implement immediately:
Micro daily marketing. Spend at least 15–30 mins every day on a marketing activity. With the noisy world we live in, we need to be seen between 5-20 times to start building trust with our brand and commit to purchase.
Bonus tip: Aim for a ratio of 80% engaging, valuable content, and 20% sales.
Write down your business goals and read them back everyday. This goes for your weekly goal, monthly, and yearly. Remember to include both personal and revenue goals. This keeps your mind focused, aligns your actions with your vision, and creates momentum by reinforcing what matters most.
Bonus tip: Always follow up with a couple action points that you’ll do that day.
20% of your client base drive 80% of your revenue. Identify your most loyal, high-value customers and prioritize serving them better with personal follow-ups, special offers, or exclusive access. Deepening those relationships is the fastest path to sustainable growth.
You can find Kate and see what other nuggets she has to share on LinkedIn or Instagram. Or join her community - Why Founders - on Facebook.

DESTINATIONS
Visiting the land of tacos and tequila soon?

Most seasoned nomads have found Mexico already, and often stayed for an extended period. But, not all of you have yet - including us!
If you are planning on heading there then you won’t need to go much further than the person next to you in most coworking spaces to find out what you need to know. However, if you want a quick, succinct read into the docs you’ll need, how to get around, healthcare and what a taco should look like, Fodors have got your back.
Just take it easy on the tequila. That’s good advice anywhere though!

Illegal to drive a car shirtless.
